InnoValor is growing fast and is up for a new phase in its evolution, opening international development and sales hubs. We are located in the Netherlands (Enschede), with offices opening this year in London and probably Barcelona. We currently are a group of about 50 people with 12 different nationalities, working in three development teams and an R&D team. Language in the company therefore is English.

Your job is to

• Handle incoming leads and actively generate new leads
  
• Follow a consultative selling approach
  
• Focus on a relevant industry and geography, including generating and growing partnerships
  
• Contribute to business development plans for specific sectors and/or geographic regions, and executes these
  
• Maintain sales funnel in our CRM system (Hubspot)
  
• Participate in international events

What do we expect?

• Relevant professional or university degree (BSc, MSc)
  
• Experience with digital international/remote sales
  
• At least 3 years of experience in sales of SaaS, mobile or security software services
  
• Experience in at least one relevant sector relevant to ReadID, for example, banking, rental, police, border control, travel, digital identity, digital signatures, HR, gaming or digital government
  
• Preferably you bring a relevant network
• Used to working with specific financial / growth targets
• Fluent in English, preferably also Dutch
  
• Key personal characteristics: entrepreneurial, ownership, persistent, transparent, honest.
