We are looking for a Sales Director to expand our sales in the UK for our innovative mobile identity verification solution ReadID.

ReadID is the first and leading provider of NFC-technology for mobile identity verification. We have significant existing business and track record in the UK in government and in industries such as finance and trust service providers , with customers such as the UK Home Office, Thirdfort and TrustID. To expand our UK presence we are in the process of opening a London office with local staff. Specifically, we’re hiring a Sales Director and a Customer Implementation Consultant.

Your Job!

  • Acquire new customers in the UK for ReadID in relevant industries

  • Work with partners - based in or selling in the UK - to help them sell ReadID
  • Represent ReadID at events in the UK
  • Taking part in the account management for existing customers
  • Identifying opportunities for sales outside the UK as well, for example Ireland
  • As a UK Sales Director you are part of the global sales team and report to the Global Sales Director or directly to the CEO. 

What do we expect?

  • An experienced sales professional with at least five year of sales experience in selling security sensitive SaaS technology

  • A network with relevant UK government organisations or in banking combined with knowledge on how sales processes work in those industries
  • Knowledge of identity verification technologies and solutions, including trust frameworks and standards for this, in the UK
  • Knowledge of biometrics (especially facial) is appreciated
  • A relevant university degree or other demonstrable academic level
  • You’ll visit our headquarter office in the Netherlands typically once a month for a few days (some more in the onboarding stage to get you up to speed)
